- Please make sure you have logged in with your user id and password before you download anything.
- It may take from 24-48 hours for your credits to show up in your account.
- Once your download has started do not interupt it in between or you will lose your credits. Please download only one file at a time as it may seriously affect the download speed.
- For files bigger than 3MB make sure your are downloading from a high speed internet connection.
- All downloads are tracked using IP Address. You will be able to access each download via one and only one IP Address. So if you start the download, you cannot download the same file from other IP Addresses. You will lose additional credits if downloads from different IP Addresses are attempted.
- If you wish to buy any of the following items/albums on CD, please add $5 for CD compilation (per item) and Shipping and Handling within continental US. Buy the credits and then contact us with your shipping address. Your CD will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received. We ship using First Class Mail only. Bulk discount is available.
- Refund for credit will NOT be made once you have already downloaded the file (or any CDs have been shipped). If you wish to receive a refund of your credit, please make sure you do so before downloading any item (or before the CDs have been shipped). Refunds will be made within 24-48 hours of receiveing a refund request via PAYPAL. PALPAL transaction fees will be deducted while making a refund. So for eg. You paid $10 and PAYPAL charged a transaction fee of 70c, you will get back only $9.30.
- It is illegal to share downloaded music from SwarGanga website without the concent of SwarGanga and a legal action will be taken against violators.
- Legal action will be taken against anyone who tries to abuse the site in any way.
