Sanu is a Sitar player from South India. His mother Subhashini V G is a Carnatik vocalist and teacher. He completed his post graduation in Social work and started learning Sitar at the age of 25. Before Sitar, he played Guitar. His basic education in Sitar was carried out by Krishna Dharward of Beenkar Gharana. Then he was so much influenced by Vilayat Khan style in Sitar and started learning from Shri Vinayak Chittar. |
