Jayashree Patnekar

She had initial training under Pandit K D Jaonkar (disciple of Ustad Abdul Karim Khan of Kirana Gharana). She was privileged to get extensive training under Pandit Gajanan buwa Joshi (Gwalior Gharana) for many years. She also had guidance under Pandit Niwrittibuwa Sarnaik and Pandit Ratnakar Pai of Jaipur Atrauli Gharana. Basically from Mumbai, she was in Belgaum for many years, now she stays in Pune. Besides concert performances, she teaches a few disciples.
