<p><strong>Kadar Piya</strong> is an Hindustani classical vocalist. Kadar Piya aliad Mirza Kadar was minister at the court of Wajid Ali Shah. He was a great composer of Thumari & Dadra genre in mid 19th century. His Thumaris contain his penn name as "Kadar".</p>
