madhubana meM hare hare biravaa
jina tale baiThe sukha kijeeye ||

तपन लागी गैल सो बलमा मोरे
आज के दिन यही रहिये ।
मधुबन में हरे हरे बिरवा
जिन तले बैठे सुख किजीये ॥
Meaning
The paths are getting hotter (which indicates the arrival of summer) So, o my beloved, stay here (with me) today. (In this beautiful land of) Madhuban, there are ample of green trees Have shade and console underneath them!
