dara tana tadeem
tanana tana deema toma tananana |
ba labam raseeda jaanam
too biyaa ke ziMdaa maanam
pas azaaM ke man na maanam
ba cheh kaara khvaahee aamad ||

यार-ए-मन बिया बिया
दर तन तदीम्
तनन तन दीम तोम तननन ।
ब लबम् रसीद जानम्
तू बिया के ज़िंदा मानम्
पस् अज़ां के मन् न मानम्
ब चेह् कार ख्वाही आमद् ॥
Meaning
This tarana is from a Khusrau poem, \"Khabaram Raseeda Imshab\". The translation is as follows: Oh love, come soon, come at once Come and enter my body For I am yours, come. My life hangs on my lips (I am about to expire) Come thou that I may live For if thou shall come when I am no more To what avail shall it be?
